Mix a bit of dish soap and water together with some glass cleaner. Spray the solution onto the glasspad, then wipe the surface using Kyomi's microfiber cloth, or any clean microfiber cloth you have at home, just make sure it doesn't shed fibers.

Yes, we ship worldwide. For this first drop, we'll be shipping directly from China. However, for the next release, orders from the US and EU will be fulfilled from local warehouses. Orders to other countries will continue to ship from China. We will also have resellers around the world to ensure no one misses the chance to try Kyomi products. You can find the list of resellers here or in our Discord server.

We recommend using PTFE skates for a smooth glide, or UHMW-PE skates if you prefer slightly more control. We do not recommend using glass skates under any circumstances, as they can permanently damage the glasspad surface.

Our pre-orders are produced on demand, meaning each unit is made specifically based on the orders we receive. Canceling an order during the pre-order stage causes financial losses on our end, so a $20 cancellation fee will be applied. Our glasspads are made with a surface treatment designed to minimize the need for a sleeve while playing. However, factors like humidity, temperature, or skin type may still make one necessary. We'll be releasing a very affordable, top-tier sleeve soon in case you ever need it!

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrives with any defects, we'll be happy to send you a replacement at no cost, and you won't need to return the item.
